Introduction: This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Operation: Nightlight, llc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of our mobile phone app and website (“App” and “Website,” respectively).
Information We Collect: We may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including but not limited to when Users visit our App or Website, register on the App or Website, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our App and Website. Terms of Service of Operation: Nightlight, LLC App

Effective Date: November 17, 2023

1. Agreement to Terms By using our App, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. App Services Operation: Nightlight, LLC provides a location-based service allowing users to share their geographic location with designated trusted contacts.

3. User Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

4. Use Restrictions Your permission to use the App is conditioned upon your agreement that you will not:

Use the App for any illegal purpose.
